The CRM specialist presents its collaborative and mobile CRM in hall 2 stand B20 Petersberg, 23. February 2010 - At this year's CeBIT in Hanover from 2. - 6. March GEDYS IntraWare, the European market leader for CRM solutions based on Lotus Notes, will show its ground-breaking CRM suite "GEDYS IntraWare 7", which focuses on the 360 degree view of customer relations. The central point of this presentation will be a new module and various new functions. Moreover, the company will give an exclusive preview on the further technological development of the renowned CRM solutions.
"GEDYS IntraWare 7" makes it possible to centrally view all relevant activities and information for customer relations in real time and thus makes customer processes become efficient, consistent and transparent. For many companies the most important factor is to generate meaningful and reliable customer and behaviour profiles from big amounts of data. At the same time, the comprehensive overall solution including workflow applications supports internal business processes.
In order to meet those requirements, the new module "Analytics" offers extensive reporting and analysing functions for a professional management of customer relations. The new solution transfers the data from customer contacts, sales and marketing experience that have been gathered in the operative CRM system over long periods of time into detailed reports ("analytical CRM"). These analyses build the empirically reliable ground for decisions in marketing, sales and other customer related activities. "With the module ‘Analytics' we meet the demands of many managers who would like to analyse operative data from the CRM activities for the corporate management. Companies can thus learn from their success and measure the quality of their customer processes", explains Joachim Weber, CEO of GEDYS IntraWare.
Lately, the CRM system has been supplemented by a module for event management. At the CeBIT, GEDYS IntraWare presents with this module an effective tool for the planning, organisation and implementation of internal and external events, such as trainings for marketing and sales. The "Event Manager" offers, for example, configurable documents for various event types. It also makes it possible to search for and allocate available resources and thus simplifies the documentation, planning and performance of events. The solution combines functions for the complete management of addresses, tasks and activities, for the creation of invitation and mailing lists as well as for the management of acceptances and refusals.
"Furthermore, under the name of GEDYS IntraWare.next we will present in detail how we will focus the technological development of 'GEDYS IntraWare 7' with XPages. This will make our CRM suite become client-independent", says Ralf Geishauser, also CEO of GEDYS IntraWare GmbH.
