Petersberg, 06.11.2009 - The signs were good with over 300 registrations for the biggest Lotus event in the Netherlands for 15 years. Marnix Kemme, chairman of the organisation SNUG has done a great job. The entire Dutch Lotus Community was present in the RAI Congress Center in Amsterdam on 29. and 30. October. The theme of this year's event was "Working Smarter!"

GEDYS IntraWare and its Dutch business partner Acuity found the LUG conference to be a very good platform to present their solutions in reaction to the Dutch market needs.

Many participants were genuinely surprised by the potential of the comprehensive CRM solution GEDYS IntraWare 7 which is based on Lotus Notes. Especially the telephony integration in combination with GEDYS IntraWare's Business Mail application was admired by those present.

A large and enthusiastic audience followed the presentations by Thomas Wiedmann, Director of International Sales at GEDYS IntraWare, about the detailed reporting capabilities directly from the Lotus Notes CRM system and the report by Ronald Dekkers, Technical Director of Acuity, about the possibilities of "The New World of Work". Already during the event several appointments were made with various interested visitors who all wanted to know more about the possibilities of GEDYS IntraWare.
