The focal points of your work as
Technical Consultant in Service and Support

  • Your communicative and service-oriented nature makes it easy for you to support customers with professional and technical 2nd level questions. This is mainly done by telephone, video conference or remote maintenance.
  • With your technical background, you will form the interface between customers and our developers. As a team, you will get to know our platform better and better, analyze problems and find the best solution.
  • After all, you master the configuration options of our platform down to the last detail and implement technical requirements with it.
  • We value teamwork and have fun doing it. You will work in an environment of competent colleagues with the freedom of a growing, successful company. You should want a job where you can contribute yourself.

You should bring these experiences with you

  • Ideally knowledge of current Microsoft technologies, such as Windows server, IIS, MSSQL server, Exchange
  • First experience in technical 2nd-level support or consulting
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and Elastic Search would be helpful
  • Basic programming skills
  • Negotiation skills in German
