HCL support for Domino v9.0.x and v10.0 ends
As a reminder, support for Domino v9.0.x and v10.0.x ends and will include a list of exceptions as of December 31, 2021. Please refer to the following information from HCL Support.

The latest Fix Packs (FP) and Interim Fixes (IF) can be found here:
HCL will continue the current standard support for the IBM Domino v9.0.x & v10.0 as well as Notes and Sametime Limited Use v9.0.x and v10.0.x versions for the foreseeable future.
However, given the age of v9.x, which has been on the market for more than 7 years, there will be exceptions to the standard support SLAs for certain areas of product functionality and platform support.
For example, if a support case relates to an issue that depends on a feature on the exception list, HCL will use all reasonable efforts to find a workaround. Mentioning an exception means that HCL is unlikely to provide a hotfix or patch to resolve a problem. Therefore, we strongly recommend that all customers upgrade to the latest fix packs and check with HCL Support for the current list of exceptions, which is subject to change at any time.
