Christmas is also the time of giving for us. This year we would like to surprise our customers with a very special Christmas gift – with human warmth and the feeling of helping.
Petersberg, 18.12.2017 – Instead of individual presents, we have decided to help with a Christmas donation to the charitable organization DKMS. With this donation we would like to support the fight against blood cancer.
DKMS is an international non-profit organization that was founded 25 years ago in Germany. Its mission is to provide stem cell donations to patients suffering from blood cancer, thereby giving them a new chance at life.
Important concerns of the DKMS:
- Create awareness for blood cancers and their treatment
- Registration of potential stem cell donors to save patients’ lives
- Raising funds in the fight against blood cancer, for example to finance registration costs and provide better support for patients
- Supporting the further development of therapies against blood cancer – through our own research and state-of-the-art technology
We appreciate this work very much and hope to do some good with our commitment. Because we want to give people who especially need our help new strength and the chance to heal.
