More flexibility in project management

For more than 80 years and three generations, the name Meemken Wurstwaren stands for delicious sausage specialities. Today, the formerly small land slaughterhouse presents itself as a solid medium-sized family business with around 250 employees and customers throughout Europe.
At its headquarters in Gehlenberg, Meemken Wurstwaren has been processing exclusively beef and poultry meat since 2009 and fulfils the requirements for production according to halal specifications. The pork products are produced at the site in Delitzsch near Leipzig, Saxony.
Sausages for wholesale consumers and restaurateurs as desired
Meemken offers regional meat and sausage specialities for every need, mainly in northern Germany. The high-quality goods go to retailers as well as to large consumers and gastronomic establishments. Numerous restaurants and restaurants, as well as facilities such as hospitals, are among the customers.
Meemken & Sandmann also have EU approval as a cutting plant and as a production facility for meat products and preparations.

More flexibility in project management
The GEDYS IntraWare Project module now optimizes Meemken’s flexibility in terms of customer requirements for labels and packaging. Here the individual stages for cardboard, foil and label design as well as for production are shown here. Every employee in each department can see the status of a project,whether from sales, development, marketing or project management. He receives all information about layouts, prices or approvals for the respective suppliers and producers – with all contact details, transactions or agreements from the sales department. This enables, among other things, quick reactions to requests or changes.
Predictive expansion
Like Meemken Wurstwaren, Meemken & Sandmann works intensively with the CRM software of GEDYS IntraWare. Both branches of the company use CRM to transparently manage all contact details, transactions and opportunities (opportunities) as well as agreements with interested parties and customers. The newly established field service of Meemken & Sandmann is increasingly active outside the company and works on the go with the CRM software,which means that the internal service is always informed. Optimised in this way, customer satisfaction automatically increases.
