Fulda, 06.03.2024 – The new CRM release 8.14 once again places particular emphasis on a good user experience (UX) by not only considering the design of the user interface, but also focusing on aspects such as user-friendliness and efficiency. This ensures that users are satisfied with the CRM software from GEDYS IntraWare.

AI integration from Open AI
An outstanding feature of the new release 8.14 is the integration of artificial intelligence, which significantly increases user performance. With the new assistant, texts for daily communication with customers, interested parties, partners and suppliers can be created more quickly. In addition, the CRM system now offers a context menu in various text fields to write, amend and revise text via ChatGPT.
Outlook-centered work
Furthermore, the CRM release 8.14 enables Outlook-centered working, where users can work directly from their Outlook with data from the CRM without losing company-wide transparency with regard to agreements and activities relating to customers and prospects. E-mails and appointments are automatically transferred to the CRM. The new Business Mail 4 Outlook on the web add-on links Outlook from Office 365 closely with GEDYS IntraWare CRM so that contact data can be selected directly from the CRM.
Intuitive navigation in GEDYS IntraWare 8.14
The navigation of the CRM system has been improved to adapt to the needs and behavior of users. Important information elements such as the “Recently used” or “Favorites” widgets are now located in the top-level navigation. The navigation elements in the side menu can be customized to display only the required data.
Optimized project management
The project management function has been specially optimized for smaller projects. In addition to sophisticated project management with and without plan data tables, users can now use a simple project folder. A mass action for assigning the status of work processes saves time, and daily reports can be conveniently created and edited via the CRM app.
